Fortunately today was another uneventful day. Other than having clerical mishaps at the doctor's office, the day was a good one. Grandpa and Sandie went to the movies with friends last night, laughed and had a good time. Sandie said that other than being a little less hungry than normal and being a little more tired than normal, that grandpa is doing great. His chemo pump was refilled today and it keeps dripping chemo into his system through Friday. On Friday the pump is removed from the catheter and he's home free for fourteen days until the next round......
Keep your fingers crossed and your prayers said that he continues on this path! And, don't forget to have good thoughts for Sandie - being a caretaken is not an easy task and she needs strength to get through this too. Love to all--nighty night!
